Whether you’re shucking for dinner guests or opening them up on the back porch, our oysters by the dozen are an easy way to get started. We call them cocktail oysters because they’re easy to shuck and look stunning on the half shell. They’ll arrive with some simple shucking instructions (you can also get a lesson from chef Jeremy Sewall on HowToHeroes.com). We just ask that you keep 'em cool and covered with a damp cloth in the fridge where they'll last up to two weeks.
